hey everything has been done but in last proxysql not able to connect to mysql on port 6033 its says access denied

Do we need to add same user again in mysql_users table for reader and writer group ? lilke If I am having 3 node ( 1 - Primary and 2 Secondary ) than ? How many user entry in table required ?
