Notice how clean it is everywhere they eat, in villages and cities, in bazaars and on farms. It is a feature of the peoples of Central Asia to be clean and respectful of guests.

We just returned from a holiday in Kazakhstan. It's a beautiful country. Lovely people. Very clean. Very welcoming. We as Indians felt very welcome.
And oh yes we LOVED the food. Contrary to what the world thinks...we are a 75 % meat and fish eating country. We eat everything. People think India is vegetarian because a certain cross section who are vegetarian and associate food with religion...travel more as they are associated with trade.
However Kazakhstan has fantastic vegetables and fruits too !
And it's bread heaven.
Would like to go again....just to eat.

My entire Uyghur diaspora family and I absolutely loved your show. It brought back cherished memories of our homeland, making us feel as though we were there again. For Uyghurs, returning to China is incredibly difficult due to the lengthy interrogations at airports and the risks posed to our relatives and friends.
