BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in California’s Sacramento has been vandalized. An "anti-hindu" message that was spray painted said "Hindus go back". The temple's water pipes were also damaged by vandals. This incident comes less than 10 days after a temple in New York was targeted days ahead of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the U.S. Authorities have launched an investigation into the Sacramento vandalism case. But back-to-back hate crimes continue to fuel concerns about the safety of religious minorities in America.
