Hey coach got a question for you. If a person pulls out their trach, do you reinsert a new one or cover the stoma with a gauze, monitor them and send them to the OR to have another one put in? I know that if you reinsert you can damage the airway. I'm hearing different things.

Question Coach:
A silly question, I’m sorry

So what if it was the left lung pneumothorax ( Tension PTX)
Will the pt still be hypotensive?
Cuz with the Right side PTX, it’s because the R. lung pushes everything away.

Thank you
