I have watched many of your videos and I am impressed by how easy you make the topic. I gain a lot of intuition from your videos. Thanks a lot!

Thanks! It would be really awesome if you did a video on circular difaction patterns as well.

Sir why the electrons do not show single slit diffraction pattern?. Please reply

Outstanding job Andrey. 2 quick questions though:

1) What is the difference between this and double slit interference (other than the number of slits present in each)? The formula stays Dsin(theta) = n(lambda), and a pattern of dark fringes and light fringes still arises. I watched a video on double-slit as well.

2) I have seen that the bright fringes are represented by n*lambda and dark fringes by (n+1/2)lambda. In this case, wouldn't that mean that destructive fringes, or dark fringes, occur at 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, etc, or am I doing something wrong.

Sorry, this part of the MCAT is a little tough for me. Thank you though, you are doing great work. Have subscribed and visited your awesome website.

How do you explain the bright fringes then, I don't think you covered that at all in the single slit experiment.

Could you please guide why rays at the center bend? They are away the slit edges.

I'm really confused concerning the formulas, In some websites, it says that this formula is for bright fringes not for the dark ones, and yet I see some videos contradicts that, I don't really know what to believe. It says that the dark fringes formula is divided by half because of the fraction and the integers are for bright, Please if possible someone give me any clear demonstration of this.
