*CONSOLE* AFK Fish Farm Tutorial! | Minecraft Editions

In this video I showcase how to make and use an afk fish farm on console. This tutorial is really useful for Minecraft users on console who want to use an afk fish farm and get a boost in their world. A lot of you are confused on why this does not work for some of you. Keep in mind like it says in the title this only works for the old Minecraft (Editions) for console because it has been patched in the new Minecraft.

Just something everyone should also know, afk fishing seems to work mainly for the host of the lobby. It doesn’t seem to work with others in the lobby as there is a slight lag between host and any members.

I'm playing on PS3, yes, in 2020, and it does still work.
A few notes from trial and error:
1: Place to note block while crouched with nothing under it.
2: Don't omit the blocks above the door and note block.
3: Stand ON the front slab when fishing.
4: Don't be crouched when you start fishing.
5. Aim to get the line stuck under the block above the door.

DISCLAIMER:
This does not work for console bedrock edition (the new ps4 minecraft, xbox, switch) However I tried this on the old PS4 and it worked fine for me.
