Just did my surgery for my lowers where 5 implants were placed and my denture was retrofitted to anchor into the implants. Just loving my soft diet (not) and it seems like being able to chew stuff without worrying about the osseointegration process failing is so far away though I know it will go by quickly. I’m just happy the surgery went well and everything torqued down enough to load the implants immediately. After that process I’ll get my zirconia arch and we’ll do the same to the top. Very much looking forward to being able to eat normally again, which is a luxury I haven’t had in years.

I appreciate this video so much. I would really like to learn more about the multi unit abutment and how they help the angulation. You popped a quick slide up and hit on the topic but I really want to understand how you choose the angle, how that works with the implant and prosthethis. Thank you! Third try was great!

Great video. Thanks for the information. What are your thoughts on existing implants. I have one implant on upper back and one on lower mid back. Is it possible to use these implants with all on 4 implant construction? I learn so much from your videos.

Hi I’m from Massachusetts, started the all in 4/6 in May, my surgeon is awesome, the guy he hired to make the prosthetic not so much, its only him doing the prosthetic and he promised me the world and how happy I will be with the teeth he will make, well my temporary teeth have broken so many times I’ve lost count and it caused one of my implants to fail so it was removed, bone graft done and ready now for new implant which just prolongs this process even more. On11/22 we will be replacing a brand new upper and lowers temps because they all broke, only the acrylic/teeth, my surgeon has since stopped using him, I’m not charged for any of this, but what causes them to break ? Is he using a cheap formula to make a profit ? No one seems to tell me - but one thing is certain my surgeon is not using him for my permanents nor would I let him anyway … what’s your spin on temps breaking so often ??
