Dad has no idea what is going on at home and his behavior is UNACCEPTABLE the mom has so much work at home and he doesn’t know it. It makes me upset that the parents aren’t doing any thing about the behavior

I love when Jo can just come in with this authoritative tone and tell the kids exactly what's going to happen. The parents never believe it but it instantly works.. just that firm voice tells them there's no fighting it - it *will* happen. They know she means business and they immediately listen to her.
