Dad expected mom to do it all but when Jo sent his wife to work he wasn't sure if he could do what his wife does YET he expects HER to deal with the children and the house and her to be all wonderful and basically do everything.

I'm so glad Jo made the parents switch roles so the dad could experience working from home!! Lucky for him he already had some of Jo's tools under his belt or his experience would have been even worse!
