Absolutely stunning tank Steffan. The way the pothos comes down and around the tank makes it look part of the tank and love how it intertwines the whole set up together

It looks beautiful, and I love plants coming out or growing into the top. And I love your chunky little neons😂

Hi Steffan, hope you're happy and content. I agree this tank is enchanting, magical. Both my aquariums have lids so I can't grow plants out of them. It's funny things that visually thrill us, like beauty l suppose and sounds, good music bad music.🍀

The way you intertwine your plants and tanks never ceases to amaze. You have a true talent for this hobby.

This aquarium looks so good. I love licorice gouramis so much. I'm saving up to get an RODI system and hope to have some myself eventually. Houseplants growing out the top is one of my favorite aesthetics in aquariums. I find peace lillies do amazingly well in aquariums and I believe they can remove nitrates effectively at least from my experience. Lot of houseplants can be grown in water but pothos is super reliable. Really love this tank

I like the look of pothos coming out of the tank. I'd have a top, although there should be enough room in the back cut out to fit some roots down there

Pothos grows so amazingly fast and I wish I could keep them, but I have a cat. :( I do have pilea cadierei that serve the same function, but don't grow as quickly as pothos.

Totally agree that background light makes the roots look really cool! I use both pothos and peacelilys. Do you use only a certain type of wood purchased for aquariums? Or do you collect your wood from nature? If you collect from nature, can you guide me to a resource that would explain to me what types of wood are safe and or how to make them safe? I know most people put into boiling water. But thats all I know. I have several crepe myrtle tree branches I have collected from my trees to use for macrame projects. The bare wood of this tree, especially after it has dried, is beautiful and I have some that have really cool twists and curves that I think would look fantastic in and coming out of an aquarium. But I do not know if it is safe. Any guidance woul be appreciated. Thanks!
