Easy Federation & Empire navy rank grinding in Elite Dangerous (for Cutter & Corvette)

Do you want : imperial clipper,cutter courier or access to Achenar? Maybe you want the FEDERAL piggies : assault ship, dropship, gunship or CORVETTE and access to HORS - colon!?

I got a Clipper without ranking up with the Empire. Few years ago, they were celebrating an anniversary or something and the Achenar system was opened and you didn't need the ranks to buy ships. They were also discounted. Bought the Clipper for like 15-17 mil and also kept the permit to Achenar. Best deal ever

Don't forget the Sothis-Ceos run. Pretty much every station has fed missions and they always go back and forth between the two. Total of 6 or 7 stations between the two systems

I literally just finished these grinds, now I’m on the engineer grinds. Empire was quick with the courier out at Hickman survey, but the fed rank grind took like 30 hours of cargo/data missions in a python out at sothis/ceos.

Plus I had a progress stopping odyssey bug that prevented me from ranking up and gaining any rep with fed for two days until I logged over into horizons and did a federal navy mission. The navy missions in odyssey wouldn’t rank me up and after my first one I stopped gaining all rep as well regardless of how many missions I did.

Also a good spot. This station has 3 Federal mission brockers, which makes it a little bit faster.

I grinded all the way to the Corvette before Odyssey, but then I gave up on the game after launch :(

I just did the last three ranks of the Fed grind, and the last mission was a Navy mission to find some salvage.

I had just accepted it and was about to launch, and that bloody white message appeared that the server was shutting down in 5 minutes lol.

I nearly have a Corvette! 🤯

Perfect for Empire grind but Federation as mentioned Ragnajarson's base in Canopus is 45, 000ls I am going to stick to Ceos
/ Sothis much less travel distance

My biggest problem with Frontier is that they took a dump on all VR users by not developing VR any further.
Many having spent thousands on VR, HOTAS with custom cockpits.
Frontier lead on users that VR would come to Odyssey just not at launch, I would not bought Odyssey if I knew they were dropping further devolvement.
