configure terminal / config t
hostname R1 ( this is router name)
Interface g0/0/0
ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
no shutdown or in short no shut to turn on the interface
end - is go back at the end
exit - go backwards one step
show run - to see check the configuration
copy running-config startup-config or in short wr - to save your configuration

en
config t
enable password cisco
enable secret ofwit
