Damn. I get atleast one every week. And everytime it's the same, ---I'm standing on the edge of a skyscraper and I fall.

My grandma says about this is because when you are asleep, angels come down and lift your soul to heaven where you can't come back, but sometimes they accidently drop your soul back to your body and that's why you wake up.

It happens when I dream that I climb stairs, ladders, or cliffs, then I miss a step.

When i experience this I usually am half away and half dreaming when I think about something like skating and right when I fall this happens😂

It usually happens to me when I'm falling in my dreams. My body wakes up and even though I'm laying down I feel like I'm falling for a few seconds before I wake up fully

This happened to me when I fell asleep in class. Everyone thought I was having a seizure or something then laughed.

I don't get these when I'm falling asleep I get them when I'm in mid sleep.
Heights are my worst fear too 😭
