A Bernina sewing machine is an excellent machine. A quilter’s version has added features for those sewers that piece quilts. Check for a Bernina store near you, though others can also assist. They can also tell you how used the machine is, how many stitches it’s made…there might be a you tube video with that info. You found a gem….

Bernina is a great sewing machine.
I’ve been using mine for 37 years.
Getting a needle is easy. Probably need a foot pedal and for sure a power cord.

Bernina sewing machines are very high end and can cost thousands new depending on model. The goodwill may have the missing pieces someone placed on another shelf, not know what it was for? Grrreat find!!

I'd say the copper pieces are worth a small fraction of what their silver pieces are. That bowl at 6 pounds is worth about $25 in scrap, so I'd put it at $50-100

I have a very similar bernina it’s a great little machine. Looks like this one still labeled Made in Switzerland which is a bonus. Most likely just had a dust cover, not a hard case so don’t worry about a hard case.

I hope they improve the Bubble Boy tape cause the 12 rolls I got just plain suck! Very thin and barely stick.

Use 2 layers of the thin tape so will be 3.2mm, until the new stuff comes in stock.Will still be cheaper if $40 for 6 rolls.
