not a fan of hers, but this is an awful disease. Gosh wish her the best. I hope she has close family and friends to support her. Bruce also has this disease, but he has loving family and friends.

I have this disease . I have no memory problems. It's all language . I'm 62 I have had it for two years. It's progressing slowly. The progression progress is different for everyone who has this kind of dementia "primary progressive aphasia." My language issues are saying the wrong in a sentence . The medical. terminology is Paraphasia . For example What I said the other day....Can you please put the dirty dish in the" fridge" ? instead of " Dishwasher " I have that a lot. Some days I'm fine but when I'm depressed or stressed or exhausted, it's very difficult to speak correctly.
I have suffered with depression all my life and I had untreated hearing loss which I think caused the aphasia. Strange because my memory is fine. No one else notices how I speak because I make the correction quickly in a conversation.
