Thank you for the pointers. Your suggestion on how to place the blade on the strainer is the best.

My Blade was so jammed up and stiff, I watched this solution with wild skepticism. Two hours later, the blade spins as easily as yours at the end of this demo. Dang! Used about five cents of olive oil. Thank you!

Thanks man, had this same problem. Not all heroes wear capes as they say 😄👍🏽

This is great for a temporary solution but it doesn't change the fact that the bearings are worn and need to be replaced. Once a cartridge bearing has this much wear, it's going to worse at an ever increasing rate, requiring a more lasting repair soon enough.

I do think that if you were to use this oil trick on the bearings from the beginning, when the extractor blade is new, it will very likely extend the life of the bearings so I am definitely going to try that. Thanks for the tip.

I had to leave mine overnight but it worked! Thank you for sharing this because I was thinking I was going to have to buy a new one!

Not all heroes wear capes...although, guess you could've been wearing one behind there haha! Thank you!

FYI-In the Nutrabullet website, they make a big deal out of not removing the gaskets. Though the one on your model is very easy to remove and reinstall. There is a very different gasket on my 600W NB-101`B that is very difficult to reinstall and have it fit as tightly as originally installed by the manufacturer. On a brighter note, I just tried your vegetable oil trick and it works nicely...thank you very much. Later, I may try replacing the steel bearing with stainless steel, for longer bearing life and better juicing. I am going to go ahead and do the vacuum hack that I watched after you fix my "sticky" problem.

Thanks for the advice. Will give it a try. Even if I have to buy a new one, it is a rock solid product that lasted way beyond my expectations. Again, thanks for the tip.

Thanks brother - mine was sticking like crazy and this really helped! It didn't work at first & I had to force turn it but once it got unstuck it started to spin smoother & smoother!

I’ll have to try this. Another problem I have is that the o-ring comes out when using frozen items. I can’t use any ice. The o-ring pops out during the blend and it’s nearly impossible to get back on. I have to put hot water in with the frozen fruit to soften them, then dump the water. I never remove the o-ring unless it comes out on its own.
