Instant Karma - Ferrari gets pulled over by unmarked police car at a 100mph! And doesn't stop!

Tampa, Florida this white Ferarri passes me at 100mph, by the time I take my phone out to record an unmarked police car flies by me to pull him over! Instant karma!
