UN to cut food rations in Somali refugee camps

The UN says food rations will be cut in two of the world's largest refugee camps. More than half a million people will be forced to live on less food at the Dadaab and Kakuma camps in northeast Kenya. Al Jazeera's Kim Vinnell reports.
