But where is Equal Rights for Men. Single Men can't adopt a Girl child in Indian Law whereas a Women Can. I don't think Equal Rights for Exact Equal outcome for both Gender is Good thing. Can Men inherit property from her Wife Family?
US has more than 60% divorce rate & 95% Male face child Alienation from their Father.
Equality is a Wrong Direction to go.

Passing of Laws is only Meaningful if Courts uphold these Laws . Even in “ Kosher “ Countries like Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew was caught Red Handed for trying to “Play God” to overwrite Laws . I don't like the term founding fathers. We are not USA. And we were not created in 1950. Sure we may have become a democratic republic then but founding fathers is not the term for the writers of our constitution.
