Jake had to deal with two parental issues - his biological father Joshua, who was loving but had a "tough love" mentality due to being a demon hunter, and his secret father later on. His an identity crisis after he found out that his dad got infected by an alien, making him part-alien, and his alien father tried to murder him after failing to trick him into permanently staying with him.

As for Finn, one of the most disturbing things Finn has been through that i'm surprised wasn't in the video, was the time Finn got kidnapped by gnomes, who then put him in a glass bowl cage, where they tortured him for hours by making him dance non-stop in his pajamas on a stripper pole - and the "motivation" to prevent him from just stopping or breaking free was that the floor of the glass cage was an electrified steel platform that shocked him everytime his feet touched the ground.

He was 12 - 13 in the season.

Yeah Finn & Jake actually have PTSD towards a bunch of stuff over the course of their adventures to the point that even mentioning certain creatures or places can't completely change their demeanor from happy-go-lucky to nearly paralyzed with fear
