I love these tips! A few years ago, I put a Kate Spade bag in my online cart and walked away for a few days because I was deciding if I actually wanted it or not. Not only was it already in the sale section, but they sent me an email saying "hey, are you still thinking about this? here's an additional 15% off!" And that's how I got my first Kate Spade bag!

Here's an additional tip: when you are in a store and see an item you want, check that store's website for their online pricing!! This has worked for me a couple of times. For example: at Target a curling wand was on sale for $24 BUT online it was $14. So I used the app and ordered the item with IN STORE PICKUP (no shipping charges) and literally picked it up from the customer service desk on the way out!
Another time I was in Macy's and the item I wanted wasn't in my size, so I checked online and it was around $20 less online! Again I had it shipped to the store for free to save on shipping. Sometime I use the Amazon app to scan a barcode and see if a product might be cheaper. I am Amazon Prime member so 2 day shipping is free.

Yes I did the separate email account from the beginning while in highschool. So so useful! I just turn off notifications and only search the inbox when I want a coupon, that way I'm not tempted to buy just for sales. These are all great tips! I do pretty much all of them
