I really enjoyed this video, but was hoping there would be more posted, as promised! I am left on the edge of my seat, wanting to know why we might experience migraines?! 😉

Thanks for this video, been having migraines since I was about 10 or 11 and have learned so many new things from this video. Also, your book and diet plan really help! Only changed my diet recently but already down to two pain attacks a month after daily migraines before.

This is excellent. I was misdiagnosed with TIA or mini stroke. I'm now starting to understand in more detail. Thank-you.

Dr. question, what drives these phases forward? How does the imbalance of the homeostasis in the hypothalamus cause the CSD? And how does the CSD trigger the positive feedback look?

Thanks for doing this! You said migraines serve no purpose--but wasn't there a big deal paper a year or two ago about how migraines could be protecting the brain from oxidative stress? Lately I've been trying the Mind-Body approach/TMS/PPD and those folks too suggest migraines function as a protective thing--to protect us from unsafe feelings, disable us so we can't "hurt" ourselves etc. Obviously with chronic Migraine it's sort of a different case

Some natural remedies I administer to my migraines help sometimes & other times they do not. Sometimes, nothing I do naturally helps and I'm sure I do not know all remedies yet. If I awake with one that is excruciating and with light and noise sensitivity, etc., I generally know that it will most likely take all day to recover and sometimes by the time I awake the next morning before I'll be better. I have often wondered if it depended upon what the trigger for my migraine was to which remedy would help better, and I'm not sure, but I think you mentioned this to either be true or not to be true near the conclusion of your video, but I could not tell exactly what it was that you said. Do you know what I'm referring to? Hoping for an answer. Thanks!
