ASMR British Paramedic Saves You | Realistic EMT Medical Roleplay

Here’s a comforting Paradmedic roleplay where you’re being taken care of and looked after following an accident. There’s lots of up-close personal attention, plenty of follow the light and other penlight triggers, and a decent amount of fabric and clothing sounds all while the rain gently falls in the background. Needless to say, I have zero medical knowledge and am not an EMT or paramedic, so this is very fictionalised, but have infinite respect for those who put their lives on the line every day to save those of others. Enjoy!

PS – While you're here, please consider donating to the MSF, who are essentially paramedics to the entire planet.

🎙 What is ASMR? 🎧

ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is synaesthesia of the soul. It’s a relaxing feeling, it’s a tingling down the spine, or it’s simply a sleep aid. Whether it’s being ‘held’ by someone you have confidence in, or ‘looked after’ by someone with authority, or just feeling ‘safe’ with someone you trust, it uses audio-visual triggers to enable you to let go of your worries and stresses – even just for a bit.

📽 What is FPC? 🎞

FPC (first person cinema) takes all the relaxing elements of ASMR but has much more of a focus on immersion and the suspension of disbelief. It’s kinda like being the main character in your own short movie, with popular figures you know and love, or entirely created worlds – just for you. There won’t be any visible mics or traditional triggers in these videos, and they will seem more unintentional than the usual ASMR videos – but they are unique and relaxing experiences designed to transport you to different places, worlds, and times.

Disclaimer: This video is intended for relaxation. Any views, opinions, or advice expressed is purely for the purpose of entertainment, and to induce tingles through ASMR. These videos are not a substitute for traditional medicine, therapy, or any other professional medium, and should not be treated as such! Take all the advice with a pinch of salt, and certainly don’t take it to heart. That being said, please enjoy them, benefit from them, and hopefully get those warm, tingly feelings. Oh, and it’s not for kids.

The zip sound at the start made me, for a moment, to think that I was already packed and laid on the autopsy table🤣

There are always three questions that run through my head when I watch Jim’s videos:
1) how is this so good?
2) is this going to scare the crap out of me?
3) is this going to make me fall in love with Jim?

Rule of tumb kids, tell the paramedics everything and the police nothing.

It's so weird how much I love medical asmr. You'd think it would be anxiety provoking if I'm in need of medical attention... But something about being the subject of someone else's complete and total attention is so comforting.

This brought back memories of when I wrecked my car, though the paramedics on the scene didn't have quite the nice bedside manner that Chris has. The sense of urgency in the beginning set the whole tone of the video. The smiles, small chuckles, gentle reassurances and never leaving my side were very comforting. The ambiance set by the material sounds, the rain in the background, and the light triggers made for a lovely experience. And Jim, even if you are not a paramedic or EMT, you have the illusion perfected and I say, well done!
When I was younger and worked in the food industry, Paramedics, EMT and police officers always knew that their meals were on me. I know it wasn't much but at the time, it was the only way I could show my appreciation for the demanding work they did. Next round of pay, I'll hit that donate link. Thank you, Jim for shouting out to these individuals who put themselves out there to take care of the rest of us!

This is my favorite safe zone asmr roleplay video.
It's
- Soft Spoken
- Zero Judgement
- Hurt/Comfort
- Polite
- Zero Sudden Noises
- Relaxing Speed
And best of all, it's

Took me a bit to get through this one. Brought me back to 1996 when someone ran a red light in the rain and smashed into my car. Hit me so hard it pushed the engine back & shoved the dashboard/steering column through my lap. My ankle was cracked against the break pedal I had attempted to press. I had an old 1987 Plymouth Horizon. No airbags back then. My forehead hit the top of the steering wheel, resulting in 2 black eyes that eventually swelled shut. Seatbelt helped me, but bruised me badly. That was one hell of a night, but one thing I remember clearly was the kind EMP that held an umbrella over me and wiped the blood from my face. His voice was calm and steady. I swear it was the only thing that stopped me from completely freaking out.
I remember laughing once I was in the ambulance because I realized I had on a t-shirt covered in happy faces that said "Have a nice day. "
Great video and a great big thank you too all EMP and medics out there.

Trauma and ICU RN here saying very well done to you, Jimmy. You may not be medical personnel, but the subtle clues that you provided as to what was wrong with the patient helped me diagnose the injury and condition of the patient. The exercise was extremely mentally stimulating - and I'm exceptionally grateful to you. Thank you once again for a stellar performance. 👏👏👏 We are most privileged to have you here and to follow you.
Heddwch a charaid, am byth.

I love the small detail of water on your glasses to add atmosphere. Subtly saying "were outside in light rain" without being soaked

I normally don't watch medical ASMR vids because they give me anxiety. But this was so chill and friendly that it wasn't triggering at all. Good job, mate👍

I don't know *why* but this is the one I keep replaying (along with the Capt Price one).
It's just so soothing.

These brushing and rustling sounds are really triggering my ASMR. And the fade in and outs are a nice touch. Great vid 👍

As a Paramedic myself (American), I was worried to watch this. Most medical dramas get various things wrong to the point of totally turning those of us in the medical profession off. However, as a long time fan, you always get the benefit of the doubt, and I quite enjoyed this overall. But I do have some pointers for a future video:
Excellent bedside manner. However, way too much time on scene, out in the elements (cold, wet) before getting your patient into the ambulance. And where's your partner? The quick first assessment is fine, but get your patient out of the elements and into the ambulance, where you could get the secondary assessment. You could keep the lighting low (to help keep the patient calm) and add vehicle sounds.
Anyways, that's my two cents. Just offering what I hope is constructive criticism...

I can only wish that if I ever have the bad luck of finding myself in this position that at least I might be attended by someone as caring and nice as you are. It really made me feel like everything will be alright as well as very safe. Thank you for all your hard work, Jim!

I want to tell you something you are really good with the ASR and help me with anxiety, its hard to controle. sometimes I feel like I can't breathe, it feels very ugly and even more so if you can't do something about it to stop feeling it but at least you help me prevent that from happening and it's comforting. ❤
