Tiffany watch has an Agassiz movement not a Patek Philippe movement. Depending on gold weight of the case it can be sold for around 500 dollars plus goldweight. Tiffany did use Patek, Vacheron movements or similar, but the again they would also use Longines or Agassiz movements. Value is determined by which watchmaker made the movement. They were imported unbranded due heavy tax duties in the US on imported luxury goods around 1900. Tiffany isn't a watch maker just a retailer. But even if it had a Patek movement in it it wouldn't be as valuable as same movement cased up by Patek themselves.

The Audemars Piguet is the real steal there. would be around 4000 dollars plus, and even a couple of thousand more if it came with original paperwork and preferably its original case. But it looks in stunning condition with original dial not reprinted.

Swiss watches are assembled by hand not by an assembly line, hence the price tag for a rolex or tag haur
