If you are wanting to add some quick inches to your spike touch then improving your approach and jump technique is the fastest way to do it.

By practicing the patterns/exercises in the video you will start to notice that you are able to jump higher and get off the ground quicker.

I recommend spending 3 minutes at the end of your warm up to focus on your approach technique.

im so glad i found this cus it helped me fix my approach in just a few tries lol, so to whoever is watching it; just split it into steps and then bring it all together, itll take multiple tries

Hi Reid,
can you recommend some distances between land marks? i.e. a distance for a tight set, a distance for regular front row approach, and a distance for back row attack?
