Fortunately don't have wrist pain but have the opposite problem. when i hold/plank on weights as you demonstrate, like for plank rows, it's incredibly painful on the palm/heel of my hand! Any suggestions?

It helps when the weights are shaped so that they have a stable base on the ground. My weights are a set of circular plates, which are not exactly safe for this.

I thought I must be the one whose wrists hurt so badly whenever I am doing these kinds of exercises! I tried this trick ages ago and for some reason fell away from doing it. This was a good reminder that I should try it again!

You know, I hear using weights helps most people but for me personally, it makes the pain in my wrists a lot worse. I’m not sure why.

My wrists just don’t bend backwards past about 60 degrees without pain, so I have to do them by making fists. I tried to stretch them backwards slowly, but I ended up getting internal bleeding around my lower palm.
