The guy is such a badass and his permanently nonchalant behavior is amazing.

The difference in power and how it’s portrayed is impeccable.. It’s like the main character does his very best and hardest to train and naturally as the viewer you’d think he will win, but he falls short and finds out he’s not even fighting the best of the best; but 4th in line and to lose miserably… the music also sets it off nicely and adds to ichigos depression and sadness.. It made him feel like a true nobody as a main character which is what I loved about this scene

What bleach did so well is to make the gap of power between characters inconceivable.
Just imagine, at this point in series, ichigo never made ulquiorra even draw his sword, despite his continue evolving snd development of the mask. Ulquiorra crushed his hope just by admiting he is 4th and there are 3 more espadas which are EVEN stronger then him. So basically at that point, ichigo ‘s mind knew he fked up. And we can see this power gao between characters in so many scenes in the series and this is what I think made this series one of the best series in my book. Can t wait for the season to continue in december 2022

Bruh.. watching this weekly was peak. I was waiting for this interaction and when I got it, I was so freaking upset. Ulquiorra just bodied Ichigo at full power like it was nothing!

The nice thing is there’s a double meaning to Ulquiorra being 4, it’s also a cursed number in Japanese. Sounding incredibly similar to the word for death in Japanese

This Scene hit hard so many points to take from this Ulquiorra withstanding Full Hollified Getsuga Tenshou, Telling Ichigo he's only number 4 with that despair sound track really thaught Ichigo is really dead after that was like wtf.

I can prove the ranking of all Espada is correct very easily. In his 2 forms his rank is 4 but in the last one his number disappears if you wonder why i am pretty sure this mean he is so strong that he gets rank unmarked . The number can't show his true power. Aizen thinks in that form he is so strong that he doesn't deserve to be compared to the other Espada. Unranked> 0> 1.

I just rewatch the Ulquiorra battle. And im pissed of. Ichigo received two power ups from nowhere when he was about to lose.
