Integrity means a lot of things we all have to have within ourselves or we will break down... I think of it as a bond of strength to align the balance of ones being. With all of our progression through daily life we are having to constantly adjust ourselves for better integrity so we can endure. Caring about another can bring integrity into the other person's life... When we have no one to care about us we begin to lose this integrity. This is why it is important to honestly care for everyone and everything with integrity.
