For your Paint + Primer products can they be used as a base coat and have other non primer coats applied over top? and does the same apply to the Krylon Fusion products?

For example, if I finely sand a piece of plastic, then apply the Krylon Fusion spray paint as the primary coat, and then spray paint a design through a stencil using one of the Colormaster products and then finish with a clear coat. Does this work?

the video says to sand any bumps but the can says you're not supposed to sand it because it releases toxic lead particles

Around 18 seconds in she is sanding the chair and around 20 seconds in she is spraying the paint on the chair. Don't do what she's doing. The instructions even say not to do what she is doing. Don't start the spray on your project and don't stop the spray on your project. Start off to the side of project and end off of it as well. This video is about teaching and showing us. well now my project is ruined, all thanks to this video. Off to buy another 4 cans of krylon to redo it after sanding it all off. Cheap to expensive in 2.2 seconds
