Long story short the context is that unicorn is the core of the earth- he’s awakening causing many natural disasters, Megatron allies with the autobots and they go into unicorns spark, Optimus uses the matrix to stop unicorn and gets amnesia- back to before he was a prime so he’s Orion pax. Megatron uses home to decode the iacon database he gets three coordinates. Starts team is rouge at this point in the show, and starscream aids the autobots in exchange for ratchet helping home with his wounds.
The auto bots do get Optimus back and he doesn’t remember what happened on board the cons warship.
The episode are at like the end of season one beginning of season 2- there are 5 I think like
One shall fall
One shall rise
Orion pax parts 1-3
Megatron baisicay flips the roles and portrays autobots as bad with ratchet as the leader and the bots labeled the cons they way they did because they “spoke the truth” and it was considered a deception.

The episodes might not be perfectly accurate- but it is the Orion pax episodes for sure.
