Honestly to be fair, I feel this Optimus tends to hold back against these characters, and quite frankly is more than capable of killing any of them.

The proof being after Megatron's supposed destruction due to the Space Bridge, Optimus stated that there was a part of him that wanted to change Megatron's mind rather than extinguishing his spark, likewise in the same episode he attempted to appeal to Skyquake, during which we could notice that Optimus' goal was to not kill him but merely sub-due him. Dreadwing's circumstance was similar, on numerous occasions, Optimus attempted to appeal to Dreadwing and avoided the many chances he had to kill him.

But when Optimus did come to the conclusion that destroying Megatron was the only way of success at the time, not only did Optimus almost kill him but he almost killed him while Megatron was amped by Dark Energon, this only proves when they originally fought in Darkness Rising, Optimus clearly was holding back.

Optimus was negotiating and holding back against Skyquake, was jumped by Knockout and Steve. He was Dreadwing's superior, who could match him only using bombs, his rocket launcher and Shotgun. Hell, Bulkhead had Dreadwing beat in a fair fight. Nemesis was imbued with counter to all of Optimus's moves due to extensive study.

The dreadquake/skywing brothers are some of the strongest characters in Tf Prime, and a bit underrated, at the very least Skyquake, he deserves more attention and the Legacy figure is finally giving him that.
