My problem is I have my shades insallwd. It’s a dual shade/motor. And my wife over wrote one of the channels so I need to push the learn button on the motor. But can’t find any videos on how to access. There is a lot of metal trim hiding everything.

I’m using a situo 5 io pure II remote and i am using all 5 groups. But for one window with 2 shutters i want to be both activated by the same button, i want to be like single one but i don’ find these steps in user manual

I have the somfy situo 5 rts pure 2 operating 3 individual blinds but how would set channel 4 to operate all them together? And also have channel 1, 2, 3 control them separately?
