Double The Records When I Refresh? Power Query Excel.CurrentWorkbook Recursion - EMT 1624

Hi Mike.. thanks for the great tip on solving the recursion issue when using Excel.CurrentWorkbook(). When reproducing the query, I noticed the first close and load produced a combined table with 14 rows (1 header +13 records).. with the last row in the table being blank. A refresh removes it to 13 rows (1 header + 12 records). Curious as to why the 14 on the first close and load, as each source table has 4 rows + 1 header row. Shouldn't it produce 13 on close and load? I'm using non-Insider Office 365 on this system. Maybe some kind of bug? Also, your file link above goes to Page Not Found again. Here is the correction for anyone wanting the download.. before you get a chance to correct it:
