Marvel Studios announced they are having a separate banner called Marvel Spotlight. These shows will be more grounded and character-driven, which will put less continuity of the larger MCU. Echo will be the first series to be put under this new banner. Spotlight projects will have a musical fanfare intro composed by Michael Giacchino.

They're dropping all 5 cause they wanna bring in the Netflix-Marvel audiences.
People need to understand Hawkeye's Echo and Kingpin were made like that on purpose, it's not lack of skill, it's a show for the whole family including kids; of course it'll be tame and fend off dark themes.
