Thats me, even though I showed my coach that I am capable to play, he never put me on the game. So I remember my dad got a offer from another school that just so happened to have a great football team and was also participating in a league where my old school played too. I was determined to play against my old team in the league, so I kept pushing my self, and made it to the new school football team as a start, and I played against my old school in the league, and I remember the look on the coaches face after I scored 2 goals against them. I will never forget that day. So just keep going guys :)

I have to comment because I have felt this so many times. Coaches will pick favorites and no matter what you do they will always have their preferred picks. My advice to you young player, is to keep your head up. Don’t lose confidence, don’t lose patience, don’t lose your love for the game. It is just one coach, when you find a coach that can hone your skills and appreciate you as a player you will find success on the pitch.

That was me all last year but I still went to every game and I supported every single game I supported older players and I went to every single training my trainer would always see me playing in training in the field. And now I'm a starter and I play the whole match and a represent my city
