The asymmetric braking ban is about unequal braking/ braking bias between the wheels on either side of the car rather than the brake pad pressure on either side of the brake disc.

I don’t get the over obsession with the two championships either. How do you watch and get excitement from an accumulating championship, unless watching points total up on a table does it for you. The participants can’t focus on winning a championship in isolation, they can only focus on winning, or doing their best, in each race. What I think most of us long for is to watch an exciting F1 race each Sunday, not to watch points total up on a table afterwards. To me the championship is purely resultant reward and gratification for the participants and their supporters. What happens in each race is where the excitement is and where the priority should be.

This is a UK podcast (not made for the world) so i think its normal that they are biased towards UK drivers listen to Dutch Podcast its the same only difference is we can listen to the UK ones💪

It looks since newey announced he was leaving redbull the car has fallen so far back. If verstappen leaves rb in 2026 it's possible redbull will be a mid to back race team with average drivers.

I'm pretty sure what they were talking about on the brakes is a left to right side of the car bias. Drivers will still adjust the brake bias front to rear.
This left to right side bias setting had to be adjustable during the race like the front to rear bias, there'd be a setting on the steering wheel.
