Microsoft Surface: We travel with a Microsoft Surface everywhere we go. I edit my videos on it & use it to backup my pictures and vides while we travel. It’s light and the best travel laptop on the market in my opinion.

Lights: Mount Dog 18’ Ring Light Kit. It will light up your filming space so your videos will look clearer and film better. We started using it and it makes all the difference.

Sony Alpha Camera: We use Sony Alpha series cameras to film our videos. They are compact so you don’t look like a super tourist when you take great pictures and videos while you film on location.

Manfrotto Tripod: We use Manfrotto Tripods. They are compact, travel well, and honestly I would not use another tripod for my nice cameras.

In the B2B world, one of the best ways to build a better relationship with your clients is to contact them without mentioning your service or attempting to promote something. I have done this forever. When I read an article mentioning a client, I'll shoot an email linking the article and simply say "not sure if you've seen this very interesting article about your company." Every year there are multiple industry top 10 lists. You know I'm sending every single one of those an email.
Once I was at a conference where a gent made a hole-in-one and received a hefty prize. His name and organization as well as his golf feat was listed on the conference website and the city newspaper so I sent him an email congratulating him and mentioned that I was there and didn't even come close to the green. Never said anything about my company but he could see my signature and actually called me to inquire about our services. How about that?
