The NHS needs to employ all staff directly. The list of staff coming via agency is growing and costing 3 times the cost of directly employed staff. It is a lie that agencies help. They are leaches and suck the very money out of the NHS that is put into it.

I presented with suicidal thoughts and severe depression last year. It took a month before I actually heard back from the doctor and that was only because my therapist chased up my case. It's a joke across services. Using covid and Brexit etc as an excuse is disingenuous. Lack of funding and privatizing has been going on for a lot longer.

My GP is in and largely covers a very wealthy posh part of the city - the service is gold standard, same day appt's, I get chased up if my asthma review is late - the destruction of the NHS is precisely targeted on the poorest
