That kickout flashing looks sick! More preformed indestructible plastic parts for builders => less errors and better installs that last longer.

Do y'all intend to look at the Lok-N-Blok cement stone substitute construction building material at some point? Basically engineered blocks made from polypropylene that interlock together that would replace cement blocks in essentially every situation where you'd normally use cement blocks. Much faster insulation, totally weatherproof, lighter, and apparently they are so strong that during their seismic qualification tests they actually broke the test bed before without failing themselves. Also only marginally more expensive than traditional cement blocks.

Belinda Carr did videos both on the product itself and interviewed the inventor who has apparently been working on this off and on since the 1990s.

Hi matt, when I need to find this DMF lighting company someday for my personal project, all I will be able to remember is that I saw it on your video; I likely won't remember the name without seeing it. Would be great to have a part of your site where I can search for "lighting" and see a list of your video, and when in the video, a company like this was talked about. It happened in the past when I knew it was your video, and I couldn't find the company I was looking for haha.

Looks like American toilets are starting to be in line with Australian toilets. Due to our water restrictions, we have had low water volume toilets for a long time. We also have a dual flush function on all toilets - small flush for No1's and large flush for No2s...

I use washers that I can stack. Walls aren’t always flat so I can subtract or add washers to secure the lag bolt onto the ledger
