In this video, I will be talking to you about the five core findings from the report on Canada by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women, its Causes and Consequences (UNSRVAW), Dubravka Simonivic.

The report was released just weeks after the final report of the National Inquiry into Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls which found Canada guilty of both historic and ongoing genocide against Indigenous women and girls.

Thank you. I wish if the settlers Sikh community can also learn from your great experience on native issues and struggle, and can stand in solidarity with justice for natives and for all as justice denied for one is justice denied for all.
