Fix the housing crisis by applying a steep sliding scale of taxes on housing owned by private equity or any profit organization with more than 5 habitations.
If they cannot squeeze money out of it they will not attempt to monopolize it.

The Bitcoin comment through me off. If somebody owns Bitcoin and doesn't already realize its volatile, then they must already be part of the metaverse and no longer living in our universe :-). Also, Bitcoin owners don't generally sell the asset, unlike other assets like equities and bonds. I could be wrong, but it would probably be a net positive if people went into Bitcoin more versus debt and equities. Love Ryan, but I think this take was not very grounded in objective facts.

Bad’er Santa, the unrated version was one of the funniest movies of the 21st century so far. Only the u rated version tho the regular one cuts out so much it’s just not the same movie.

Today's economy reminds me of the economy shown in "Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi." The wealthy city was heavily financed by big contracts from Darth Vader's military complex. Those who weren't participants lived in poverty. We see some of this today.
