How to Jumpstart a Mercedes S-Class: S430 S500 - dead battery, trunk locked out, how to open etc..

Best way to jump start your car, is through the battery in the trunk. Use this method to get power to the car so you can pop the trunk open if it will not open with your keys.

If you cant use the remote or the trunk latch button you can use the actual ket to unlock an open the trunk. There is a key slot right beside the button on the trunk lid out side of the vehicle that opens the trunk, you just have to look above your tag lights where the button that opens the trunk is located

The remote key has the metal or manual key which acts like a key to open the truck to access the truck battery! Also under the hood, there are terminals!

My road side assistance guy tried to jump start my 2002 S430, and after he did, many of the electronics including the air suspension will not work. The car will not rise and the left turn indicator will not work, along with other issues. Any clue what's going on? He jumped the trunk battery

The trunk key will open the trunk lid but it's very tight to open it. How do you get into it.?

I hooked it up just like the video showed. None of my three keys will turn in the ignition. The key won't open the trunk to get to the battery.
