After you place an order on USA Hair or Canada Hair, you will get an order email confirmation within 5 minutes. We also send you an email confirmation when your order ships.

But what if you didn't receive our email? No worries!

The most common reason why you haven't received our email is because your email provider mistakenly placed our email in your "junk" or "spam" folder.

Our email may also end up in your "promotion" folder, "social" folder", or "other" folder.

If you still can't find our emails, maybe there was a typo error when you entered your email at checkout.
