3 apps to use in Microsoft Teams chat

This week, Weston Lander, part of the #MicrosoftTeams team shares three apps you can start using in chat, today. Each app lets you take action directly from your Teams chat to create tasks, request approvals, or send praise to your teammates. Like with every other #TeamsApp, you can also search for each one and add it to Teams through the App Store.

how can I enable this setting for all users in the tenant
setting >>> General>>System >>>> " register Teams as the chat app for Microsoft 365"

is there a way to enabled or push this setting to all users and not on the users
and not one by one
