Computer used to be a job tittle instead of a machine…and now, here we are. What we need is a transition, not regulations. We need a way to protect people with AI-replaceable job while adopting AI in the fields.

AI is better than Tyler on quantity, but far worse at quality than even amateur writers. At the point AI can write on par with elite writers, why shouldn't it do the job instead?

Tyler doesn't need to worry, because at AI's pace he's gonna retire before that happens. And then there are new jobs, especially for finding the best script in thousands of AI scripts, editing them to make them more "human", creating hybrids from a few AI scripts, ...

Imagine they regulated cameras because they can make an image instantly which would take an artist much much longer to produce by hand.
AI is a tool to be utilized, not feared.
There will always be people who value art made by hand over art made by machine

Now is not a time for hubris. The fact is, we don’t even know how AI is learning anymore, nor can we conceive its blistering pace. Take all your timelines and cut them in half. AI has even stunned its engineers on timing who can actually see what’s under the hood.
