ny using npm install --force, it worked

But I have to run this cmd every time, how can we fix it ?

I have tried everything from checking PATH to doing every possible fix. The problem I'm facing is my project runs fine until I have created it the first time. After that if I close my system and try again I get this error and nothing seems to fix it. Any solution?
