Fix react scripts is not recognized as an internal or external command

npm i -g react-scripts

after installing, I runned the command npm start but im getting error like this

just installed rivescript using pip install rivescript command and after completion I checked whether it is there or not by using the command rivescript it throws an error as below:

'rivescript' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
