after going through these steps, any idea why i chose $6.69 shipping but when I go to place an order for this item from a guest account, it charges 15.79 for shipping on a $19.00 item? Cannot figure out how to fix this.

When it askes whats the zip code im shipping it from can I just put my zip code or does it have to be printifys zip code?

I can’t get my Etsy shop to integrate with Printfy. I get a message telling me that there’s a store already integrated with my prettify account, but I have not done anything to connect the two together other than choose Printfy as a production partner on Etsy. I don’t know what to do to get it to work. And I’m wondering do I need to completely delete and redo Printfy in hopes, that that may work to integrate the two?
