For those that don't know:
Ghost Girls spawns in and can only be seen by the player they are haunting. She has two phases and she goes out of either seemingly at random. First phase is her prep phase. She is docile and doesn't attack you and you can make her disappear by running up to her. The problem with that: Her other phase is her Active Phase where she will chase you and instantly kill you if you come into contact with her. This is telegraphed by her humming and skipping at you. At any point she can break off, skip somewhere else and disappear.

And she isn't limited to the building. If you see a Ghost Girl, she only goes away once you leave that station.

Next to the Jester, she can be a big run ender, at least for one player.

you're a dead man walking when she pops up and that sinking feeling of "I'm fucked" is something you'll never get used to, it's Joever when she's in the room.

The fact that she only chooses one player to hunt at a time and that player is the only one that sees her is the thing that creeps me out so much, her skipping is also freaky though
