Get a motor that is reliable and has a good track record just do good research on it and get the right one you don't want to be broke down somewhere put something in that is truly reliable you don't have to worry about sometimes going cheaper is not the way

Harbor freight engine is a great engine they are the same as a Honda. Replaced my snowblower engine with one of the 6 horse engine

Look into the Kawasaki, it's twice the price of the predator but will last year's longer. I have Kawasaki on all my zero turns and some have over 2000 hrs on them.

I have never had good luck with B&S. heard good things about predator, but have always had great luck with honda small engines, if u can find one. they are kind of like hens teeth right now
